I do physical therapy, see a chiropractor, and get massages often. But I have never had a deep tissue massage like the one here. Bella is a heck of a lot tougher than she looks. I often say that a deep tissue massage should not be the most pleasurable experience, and here it feels like I have been beat up in every good way possible. She is the only one I go to now for deep tissue massages. After I leave, I always feel fantastic! e is also very skilled at relaxation massage. My deep tissue was amazing also, as the therapist worked out all the knots and tension I didn't even realize I was holding. Just an absolutely astounding massage. By the end of it I was completely like jello, but invigorated. It took me like 20 to 30 minutes to really allow my stress to drain away. But that's more on me than on her.

I opted for the 90 minute option. Well decorated, cozy location on the lower level of the complex.

I couldn't believe how strong the therapist was! Not painful, she asked multiple times if it was too much pressure. But I'm a pretty big guy. 6'1 220lbs. And I needed the pressure to get into some of the knots in my shoulders and lower back.

I sit a lot for work, so I have a lot of tension between my shoulders and nerve pain down my leg. But literally after the first session there was a vast improvement.

I live a couple hours out of the cities, but every time I know I'm coming in I make sure to schedule time for a massage here.
